  • Lisa - Archie & Coopers mum - twin loss 2 sons, 22+5, 1 earthside daughter after loss
    2024/07/06
What a beautiful story of hope after loss. Lisa birthed her two beautiful sons Archie & Cooper who only lived for 8 minutes & 30 minutes after she was diagnosed with an infection that could have taken her life she was induced to birth her boys knowing they would be incompatible with life. She spent so much time with them after their passing taking them home to have more visitors and heartfelt photography. Lisa has gone on to have her precious little girl Emerson, she talks of the relief knowing her little girl would be born in NICU, 34 weeks but healthy and able to come home with them. If you wish to connect with Lisa her Instagram is @tiny.butterfly.wings LITTLE LIFE BIG LOSS the podcast for grieving baby loss families 👼🏼❤️‍🩹🌹🙏🏽You can find more of Milli’s Mum & her Little Life Big Loss journey: Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/31lshY9... • Rachel - Arlo & August's Mum - Hypercoil Umbilical Cords, Fused uterus, Stillbirth, late Miscarriage & TFMR
    2024/06/29

Rachel's story will blow your mind (but with such beautiful inspiration at the end) Rachel had 2 sons, Grayson and Orlando, but she yearned for a 3rd child. She didn't expect she would have to lose 4 more before she got her last living baby. A late miscarriage, a stillbirth, a TFMR with twins, a vanishing twin with a successful surviving twin she got there. Rachel is doing incredible things in the baby loss space. You can follow her at @arlos_keepsakes

    2024/06/15

FAR OUT WHAT A RIDE! Amy's journey is not for the faint-hearted. I love that in this episode she speaks about the ways she sought help with anxiety during pregnancy loss & also with post-natal depression when she brought home her first living child. How helpful Bears of Hope were during the birth of her stillborn babies and their support after adding in PANDA too. https://www.bearsofhope.org.au/
    https://panda.org.au/
How her marriage has gone through the motions, the memorials they have for their babies in heaven and how hard Termination for Medical Reasons have been and how she made the decisions with the help from parents of children with CF. We spoke about the genetic testing that is now free through Medicare from the incredible work Rachel Casella has done through McKenzie's mission https://www.mackenziesmission.org.au/
Amy has 5 children:Faith Pheonix MontanaRiverWillow Thank you for sharing beautiful mumma x

  • Bec - Archie’s story - short cervix - 22 weeks stillbirth
    2024/04/28

Wow what a story! Bec’s incredible strength - what her body has physically been through.

Birthing her baby Harrison in May and accidentally falling pregnant only 6 weeks later.

Her short cervix wasn’t able to hold her beautiful bubba Archie and her waters broke at around 21.5 weeks.

Bec talks so perfectly about how her 6 older children and step children are dealing with the grief, a grieving husband. How friends and family have done this well (and not so well)

Tips for midwives, a great OB, a beautiful funeral director - the list goes on.

This is an educational piece for everyone to listen to!

Thanks Bec, forever in our hearts, little Archie
