The quest for the Tom Cruise cakes continues! So, as discussed in episode 1 & 2 (if you haven't listened please go back it explains many questions like; who, what, when and why?) I have made it my aim in life to get a cake from Tom Cruise and the way I'm doing that is by making the greatest Tom Cruise podcast. I am going to watch every one of his movies and then discuss them with help from a bunch of funny/interesting/knowledgeable/strange people. This episode we move onto 1982's 'Losin' It'. This is Tom's first leading role and it turns out this is pretty much the one movie he never talks about. No spoilers but I think I understand why. This is one of Tom Cruise films that is very hard to find. In the UK it’s not on any VOD platform to watch, I had to buy a DVD off eBay, which didn't work and then had to rip it to watch it. To help me breakdown and discuss Losin' it I had to call in a favour. I reached out to Liam Dempsey from the brilliant Spocklight Podcast. I thought of Liam because I think he has almost watched every movie ever made. But he has never seen Losin' it...
