Join me for a short dive into who I am and why I do what I do.

I've been through some challenging times in my life, all throughout my life. Loss, danger, mental health, and more.

But I was lucky - I made it out the other side. We aren't all so lucky.

And why do we need to be in the first place? Because someone made such challenges present in the first place. Because a leader, or someone in a leadership position (perhaps, not a real leader at all), made it happen, or allowed it to happen.

We're only human. But we're also incredible beings - human beings - who can grow into so much more than many others expect of us.

So, I started this show to bring together incredible folks in my network around important conversations.

Join me and our guests, as together, we explore these questions and more, all to help us navigate our journeys as leaders - yours, mine, and even our guests’ own - so that we can achieve the results we want, and achieve them with ease.

The show is NOT just an interview with a guest. It’s a conversation, and it has a goal: to learn about what it means to be a leader, to support leaders, to find leaders, and to discover the leader within.
