I have two special guests on this episode. Josh Trevino joins us on the challenges he personally endured with mental illness. You'll hear his story on suicide, addiction, anger issues, etc. and how he overcame it. Also, Licensed Counselor, Lori Vann who gives us strategies on maintaining good mental health and ways to get help. Lori has written several books on mental health and has many years experience in helping people to overcome the challenges that result from mental illness.
