    Pete's back from Florida! As we close-out 2024, the whole gang is together again and kicks things off by paying respects to the late President Jimmy Carter. John and Megan discuss some new laws hitting the books in 2025. Frederick, Maryland gets some well-deserved props, as do some of our local hospitals and universities. Pete gives an update on the progress of the NEW Key Bridge. Megan shares how Dave Portnoy of Barstool Sports saved Tiny Brick Oven Pizza in Federal Hill, and the gang chats about their new year's resolutions.
