He mentors real estate professionals through his Off-Market Millionaire program, offering strategies to generate leads and build teams for handling problem properties. A dedicated philanthropist, Patrick has held leadership roles in Rotary Club International, NSO Cares, and the Knights of Columbus, highlighting his commitment to community service.
