The Torah gives allowance for a soldier at war to take a Yefas Toar and be Migayer her, lest he come to take her even if she were forbidden. Can he force her to accept the Mitzvos against her will? Since when does the Torah make allowances for us the Yetzer Hara? Aren't only the biggest Tzaddikim allowed in the army, shouldn't they be stronger than this?

The 11th Pasuk in the parsha starts with Eicha, and is lained with the Eicha tune. Chazal say there are three Neviim who said Eicha, and they saw the Jewish people in three different states. Was Moshe deciding to delegate the judgments connected to the Churban? Was it a sign of a bad root?

The last Mitzvah Moshe does for the Jewish people at the end of Bamidbar is setting aside the Arei Miklat. Why is protecting killers a top priority, especially since they wouldn't provide protection until Yehoshua set aside the other three inside EY? Why can't a Rotzeach leave if Klal Yisrael needs him?

Chazal teach that in some ways Kalev was greater than Yehoshua. The Midrash says Yehoshua was chosen because he served Moshe more than anyone else, including setting up the benches and mats in the Bais Medrash. Why was that a zechus to become the next leader?
