  • Modern Day Fatherhood
    2021/06/20

The role of modern day fatherhood has been changing over the years. With the advent of urbanisation and digitisation of our children, today’s fathers are no longer always the traditional married breadwinner or the disciplinarian in the family. They could be a joint parent or a single parent. They could be the biological father or a father to someone else’s child. They could be the one going to work or the stay-at home father. With so many variances to modern day fatherhood there are also many variances to its problems too. On this episode we cover these issues and other challenges found in modern-day fatherhood.

  • Failing New Year’s Resolutions - Part 1
    2021/01/27

Many New Year’s resolutions fail (and other goals) and they fail due to multiple reasons. But the one particular reason that we discuss in this episode is when they fail as a result of us not reflecting back on the previous year. When a goal is not set with any reflection at all, it runs the risk of them being meaningless, unrealistic and even irrelevant sometimes, resulting in goals being set up for failure.

In this episode we discuss why and how New Year’s resolutions and other goals fail like this and see how we can revive and reset them again.
