In this episode Kay Mac chats with Narelle Ladd President of Naradell Inc. a charitable organisation supporting people with a mental health condition​ and their carers​​ located on the Sunshine Coast.

Narelle shared.  Our vision is threefold. 

1. There is a need for Naradell Farm where there will be no time limit on people who come to stay.  It could be weeks or it could be longer.  When a person feels ready to leave they will be given all the assistance we are able to provide.
2. Our vision expands to an urban activity centre, Naradell Hub, which we see as fitting well with the Farm vision.
3. We have established the Naradell Information Centre beginning with our website and monthly Information Group Meetings.  We intend to extend this to a bricks & mortar presence so people can receive information on a friendly face to face basis.

Our meetings are open to all, including those living with a mental illness, carers, family, friends and anyone who works or volunteers in the mental health secttor​ |

KAY'S VISION FOR THE LIFTED UP MOVEMENT

Kay shared her vision which sits parallel with Naradell.  

She will provide a retreat time in the middle of the year for mums struggling with  a mental health condition.  The aim is provide some time out from being a wife and mother to recover and regain her strength,  This will be provided in a beautiful setting near the water at the Sunshine Coast.  Some of the wonderful blessings provided will include

• Spiritual discussions if interested
