BERTY, which stands for Baptized Enlightened Redeemed Trusting Yahweh, was born in New Orleans, La and raised in Tylertown, Ms by his father and mother. Growing up, God was always a part of his life, and church was a common thing in their household. BERTY always had a love for God and hip hop music, so honoring God with music made perfect sense. BERTY has been rapping for over 20 years now and has appeared on Dr. Bobby Jones presents, The Impact Network, and The SOAR Awards, to name a few. BERTY has shared the stage with some of Gospels biggest talents. His debut single titled Miracle featured Wess Morgan, and his current single is titled Bounce. His debut album is called Altar Ego and is out now.
