What comes to mind when you hear the word mindfulness? What does it look like in action? In this episode I explore what it looks like to not only be in the present moment, but to also see things as they truly are. I share my personal experience with the practice and how Vipassana meditation was a huge catalyst for it. Can I be here in this moment? Can I see things as they truly are? The breath can bring us into the present moment, it is all that we have. And hey, it also quiets the mind when it starts going on about what things “should” be. Enjoy!
