    Dr. Joy Lere is a licensed clinical psychologist and co-founder of Shaping Wealth. She has held research and clinical positions at Penn Medicine Princeton Health, Children's National Medical Center, and the Department of Defense and has served as an Assistant Clinical Professor in Clinical Psychology at George Washington University.     Dan is Founder and CEO of CanopyLife, a platform committed to building families’ financial resilience to deal with major life events. Dan founded CanopyLife after experiencing the financial and emotional cost of losing his dad to cancer, and wanting to help families avoid the same pitfalls. A Kellogg School of Management grad, Dan previously led new product development at Capital One and has nearly a decade of experience working in product development at startups focused on consumer, fintech and insurtech. In a prior life, Dan was a consultant at BCG and worked in Equities for Goldman Sachs and ABNAMRO. 

     

    James V. Grace

    Jim Grace is the Director of Wealth Management at Silver Pine Capital, LLC. a registered investment advisory firm in Medfield, Massachusetts. ​Jim has more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry and currently leads Silver Pine’s financial planning and broader wealth management service offering.  He is responsible for ensuring that the firm's clients are properly planning and have access to any and all resources and guidance available inside and outside of the organization when faced with making important financial decisions. He is married, is father to two young children and the son of two aging parents, and faces many of the same financial challenges that his clients and listeners do every day.
