Hello! I’m Gail Nobles & you’re listening to Bible Verse. Today I’d like to read Micah 4:1 "But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it."
Micah 4:7 “And I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong nation: and the LORD shall reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever.”
It is Christ shall reign over them in mount Zion. They shall be assembled, and shall acknowledge him as their king, and be subject to his word and ordinances, and never depart from him; The Lord will have government over them.
Mount Zion is a hill in Jerusalem p, located just outside the walls of the Old City. It is said that the word appears 152 times in the Old Testament, seven times in the New Testament, and is not only used to describe the Mountain. The Bible describes Zion as The millennial Jerusalem in Joel 2:32. “And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.”
Zion is also called the eternal or Heavenly Jerusalem according to Micah 4:7.
