  • Episode 22: Ruby Franke
    2025/04/08

Beauties, we are taking this show on the road back to Utah in a big van that can carry 8 passengers or 7 and a driver. It is unclear unless Jesus is taking the wheel. We are driving to Hell Hole and then Purgatory. So strap in and get ready for some pretty awful things to happen.

This was such a bumpy ride that we will give you a fresh episode of beauty and fashion and other fun stuff. This tale was too much and we just can’t.

  • Episode 21: The Port Arthur Massacre
    2025/03/11
MMOTW Episode #21 Port Arthur Massacre We are headed way down under to Australia today. Tasmania, to be exact. According to all my Google images, this island off the southern end of Australia is stunning, with beaches, bays, and quorkas. We are not a travel podcast, so we are not covering all of Tasmania’s tourist destinations, but we will talk about a horrific day at one of them. Port Arthur, where on April 28th, 1996, a man committed the worst mass murder in Australian history. We will also tell you why that doesn’t happen anymore. Hint: It’s gun laws. We don’t have those in America. It is not all dark and dreary on MMOTW. We get into some real blah reviews of some Oscar Glam. YAWN and awful. Don’t worry, we were in our sweats while judging. Stacey will explain what mummification means, and then we have some banging beauty tips. All by women-owned beauty brands for Women’s History Month! Don’t forget to keep making history! • MMOTW Trial Sized #3: Sabina Rosas - Murder at Shou Sugi Ban House
    2025/02/27
Welcome to our third trial-sized episode, which is not that much shorter than normal. Kelly and Stacey are back in the Hamptons for a shocking, gruesome murder that shook an ultra-elite resort and spa in the uber-wealthy community of Watermill this past fall. Sabina Rosas was an artist who championed women artists from Central Asia - and developed platforms to showcase their work (and hers). She also loved to travel the world for inspiration and stay in very trendy, chic hotels. This all sounds very expensive, right? Well someone’s got to pay the tab - but it’s Sabina who ends up paying the ultimate price. We’re also chock full of news this week, covering everything from Kanye to Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, to red carpet season and Meghan Markle’s latest foray into lifestyle branding. Plus - which eyelash serum wins the Oscar? And what White Lotus collab should be on your radar? Don’t worry because we will tell you everything. • Episode 10: Kouri Richins - Mom, Author, Killer?
    2025/02/20
This week, we are sending out to you an encore performance of one of our fav episodes. The one where Kelly and Stacey head to Utah! Where we may have found one of the craziest “secret lives of Mormon wives” in all the land: Kouri Richins, who maybe killed her husband with a Fentanyl-filled Moscow Mule - and then wrote a book about grieving. We think Kouri may have killed her husband for the plot. And some money. This story has it all. Money, Insurance, flippin, flipping houses, poisoned sandwiches, and a crappy cocktail the Moscow mule. Secrets and lies, hidden money, financial infidelity, regular infidelity, you name it! The cherry on top is the book about grief that was written for children, Titled: Are You Still With Me? Whooo boy. Then we switch gears and talk about Beauty and Fashion, for funerals. Stay with us! Stacey has a tie-in with The Met Gala and the Costume Institute. Some funerals are very public - and we wanted to showcase two very different beauties. • Episode 20: Suzanne Morphew
    2025/02/10
Happy Lunar New Year, Valentines! Today, Stacey and Kelly are doing a deep dive on the undoing of a picture-perfect marriage. There’s no such thing you say? Well we couldn’t believe it either but as it turns out, Suzanne and Barry Morphew’s marriage was anything but perfect. On Mothers Day 2020, Suzane went out for a bike ride and never came home. That is until 2023 when her remains were found in a remote area far away - and her death was deemed a homicide. Join us as we take a look under the hood of this very sad marriage, and wonder where things went wrong. We’re not wondering who murdered Suzanne, though. Then - in honor of our two most recent holidays - we’re sharing our most favorite shades of pink and red in lipstick and gloss form. It’s really too bad that no one ever covers these colors otherwise. That’s why you have us, beauties. Also - Support SIA Projects! • Episode 19: James Arthur Ray and the Spiritual Warrior Retreat Deaths
    2025/01/30

Hey Beauties! We hope this podcast finds you well. This week, Kelly and Stacey bring you a cautionary tale about seeking enlightenment. Turns out not all self-help helpers are the same. James Arthur Ray was a self-help guru who thought very highly of his abilities to ‘help’ people. But in October of 2009, a Spiritual Warrior retreat went way off the hot rails - and three people lost their lives. So never let anyone intimidate you if you are too hot and need some air! That goes for menopause and non-sanctioned sweat lodges.

On a much better path to spiritual enlightenment, Stacey and Kelly went to Korea Town in midtown Manhattan for some self-care with a surprise couples massage, and a not-hot steam room because it was broken. We did, however, enjoy a nice dry sauna, and went shopping at not one but two K beauty stores.

  • Episode 18: Gisèle Pelicot, Shame Must Change Sides
    2025/01/21
Trigger Warning: *This episode covers sexual assault* Welcome to MMOTW 2025! It’s a new year, but it’s a tale as old as time of horrible people doing horrible things. Stacey and Kelly are kicking off the year covering an unimaginable crime from the South of France - one that has been reported on far and wide. Picture-perfect Provence is home to boulangeries, boutiques, cheese, lavender and more cheese - and a very strong woman whose life was shattered in 2020 at the age of 70 by her husband of 50 years. Madame Pelicot lived through a decade of the most gruesome, unimaginable crimes at the hands of her husband, and over 80 strangers. Somehow, she and her adult children have found the strength to turn their personal tragedy into a beacon for change. • Episode 17: Bruce McArthur, A Very Bad Santa
    2024/12/27
Happy holidays, beauties. Hopefully Santa has come and gone wherever you are, and that he brought you everything you dreamed of - because Kelly and Stacey have decided to close out the year with an absolute nightmare. Meet Bruce McArthur: Santa for hire, landscaper - and serial killer who terrorized the gay community in Toronto, Canada for at least a decade, probably more. Why don’t we know for sure? Well, the detectives on this case had a very sloppy list that most definitely was not checked twice. We also know you are probably done shopping for everyone else, so how about some gifts for YOU? Those are the best kind. You deserve it, beauties. See you in 2025.
