  • It isn't often that I'm left speechless, but after watching Murder Mystery 2, I was at a loss of how to discuss this film on Chick Flick Chat. The second movie murders all the joy, fun, and adventure of Murder Mystery 1. Sad to say, but very true, my apologies to Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler. See my earlier Chick Flick Chat covering the first of this franchise whereI had high hopes and expectations for the follow up film. Time to go back to the drawing board and recreate the cleverness of the first film in what might possibly be a third. Please, please, please! Netflix owes the fans, and the actors, a chance at film redemption!


    Beyond the film review, I share with you 3 of my recent favorite series that are worth watching. There are so many streaming options, it's hard to pick, so I hope my brief critiques steer you in a good direction. I do not share any spoilers on the recommendations, so listen freely and enjoy them.
