  • When I sat down to think about this episode it was supposed to just be about my journey with yoga and becoming a teacher.  But I couldn't tell that story fully without talking about my relationship to fitness, working out and overall wellness.  I am far from having it all figured out.  I'm sure I left a few things out as well.  But this is the bulk of my journey with health and wellness this far in life.  I hope these first few episode allows you to get to know me a little better but please stick around for upcoming episodes.  There are a few interviews with some of my favorite humans coming up (fingers crossed).  Thanks for being here and listening.  Shanti.
