  • Starting A Business with Niall Boyle
    2024/09/09

Niall Boyle is a great example of what can be achieved when we set our minds on a goal in New York City. From starting out as a college student, spending summers laboring on construction sites, to moving over as a graduate and mastering the art of Bartending. Niall is now Owner of the popular Blasket Pub and Founder / CEO at Irish Breakfast Box.

The Blasket is a cozy neighborhood pub featuring craft Irish influenced cuisine in addition to great cocktails and company on 57th and 2nd Ave, New York

The Irish Breakfast Box is a delivery service that offers an Irish Breakfast Meal Kit featuring collections of carefully curated Irish products and is ordered and shipped across the Unites States!

I really respect how simple Niall makes starting a business (or businesses!) sound. Today, the term “entrepreneur” can sometimes be overused and almost feels intimidating -, the definition is: person who organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so.

Niall is certainly an entrepreneur, his humble nature and deep seeded work ethic makes his journey both inspirational and relatable. I hope you enjoy this episode and make sure to call in to The Blasket soon!
