  • Family, friend or lover, YOU are worth more than crumbs. Too many times we accept bare minimum from family or friends because of the title they hold in our lives, but if you don't up hold that title then why should I allow you to have a seat at my table? Shouldn't the seats at anyones  table be filled with those that genuinely love and care for you? Who make an effort to be in your life and share moments and make memories with you? We need to normalize cut people out who don't make efforts or simply placing them in a category they belong in rather than who they are "suppose" to be to you and learning to know what not to expect from them other than what they who they are and have shown you. We are WORTH MORE THAN CRUMBS!
