    Dr. Kristen Davies PhD, LMHC has over 20 years of professional mental health experience. Her passion has remained focused on destigmatizing mental health and educating her clients, staff, and colleagues on the importance of brain wellness. Dr. K has experience working in numerous areas of mental health including inpatient settings, private practice (couples therapy), and child/family crisis work. She’s always prepared to help individuals navigate their mental health journey no matter what stage of the process they’re in. Outside of work, Dr. K is a certified yoga instructor and is obsessed with anything dark chocolate.

    Dr. Jody McGrath PhD, LMHC has worked in the mental health field for nearly 20 years and has a PhD in Health Psychology. Her work has primarily focused on trauma with a specialty in anxiety/panic/OCD, through the lens of how brain health impacts our behavior. Over the years, Dr. J has provided comprehensive clinical care to military, law enforcement, and first responders. She has also worked extensively in addiction, hospice care, and residential education. Dr. J has a passion for building a safe and secure environment for all her clients. When she isn’t working, she loves to travel, spend time with her family, and find the perfect cup of coffee.

Martin retired from the USN after 20 years of service in November of 2019. During his service in the military, Chief Dierks completed both operational and clinical assignments, including multiple combat deployments as a Fleet Marine Force (FMF) corpsman and Independent Duty Corpsman (IDC) with the United States Marine Corps and Naval Special Warfare SEAL Team/Joint Special Operations units. David Day, PA-C/MPAS is a Physician Assistant with over 20 years of clinical experience in family practice, urgent care, emergent/trauma care, orthopedics, military operational medicine, military occupational medicine, military plans, operations and medical intelligence. He first started his healthcare career while serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy (USN). While in the military he was selected for the Tri-Service Physician Assistant program. During his 26 years of military service, LCDR Day completed both operational and clinical assignments. This included multiple combat deployments to US Central Command with the United States Marine Corps, USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) carrier strike group and Naval Special Warfare SEAL Team/Joint Special Operation units. Mr. Day retired from the U.S. Navy in 2017 and opened NEUCOA clinic October 2019 in Virginia Beach, Virginia (in the middle).
