Host Nav Nanwa has been speaking to the leading 4 candidates and today he was joined by NDP candidate Amanda Robertson to discuss her platform. She is also the vice chair of the Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board.



    A young mother in Scotland leaves her children outside a pub and sail across the Atlantic to start a new life all over the rural parts of Ontario country. Decades later, descendant Jamie Lees spent 20 years piecing the story together and is now taking it back to scotland. The story is soon to be adapted into an exhibition in Dundee, Scotland along with a play and even a graphic novel. Host Nav Nanwa spoke to her about this incredible journey.
