It was an absolute honour to have my Zhi Neng Qi Gong teachers join me for a discussion on Zhi Neng Qi Gong and the healing powers this modality has.

Ruth & Jim are absolute legends and it was divine grace/synchronicity that brought me to them over 10 years ago. After I met them they took me under their wing as their apprentice and for a good year I was learning from them both and attended as many of their weekly classes as I could.

The healing potential of Zhi Neng Qi Gong cannot be understated especially in this world where so many people are succumbing to illnesses and turning to a pharmaceutical system that often does more harm than good.

I am feeling a massive calling to get this modality out to as many people as I can, so many people will benefit from learning Zhi Neng Qi Gong. Even healthy people who practice will enjoy greater clarity of mind, better sleep, more energy, less stress, greater relaxation and a deeper connection to themselves and this reality.

I cannot stress enough the importance of doing a consistent body/mind practice and although I enjoy Yoga/Meditation/Breathwork, Zhi Neng Qi Gong has been the most powerful modality I have come across so far.
