  • There is still confusion as to why or why not to go organic. Is organic beneficial? My answer is yes, organic is beneficial because it allows the good bacteria in your stomach to flourish. In other words, the prebiotic foods become the food for the probiotics enabling your body to properly digest the foods you eat. Eating foods properly can prevent weight gain and ultimately increase energy and overall better health. This is the second (2nd) week of classes presented on cholesterol and how to lower cholesterol naturally. Also presented is the benefit of going wholefood plant based prevents the rise in cholesterol that one gets from eating meat because when you eat meat you are eating a large percentage of cholesterol (fat). This is one of the reasons the doctor advises patients to reduce meat consumption. This presentation is only a snippet of what was presented in the full two (2) hour class.
