This week I talk to Mark about our feeling on general health and diet. Its about this time of year for a lot of us that we have indulged over christmas and with new years resolutions, we potentially reflect on what we do and what we can do. About 10 years ago I started to really question and reflect on life choices in terms of diet and general health. I have tried so many different things over the years, keeping what has seemed to have a positive effect and ditching things I felt didnt help enough. There are far too many things to talk about in just one show, and equally I am not some sort of health guru. I just wanted to chat to Mark about it, and if it gives you pause for thought then great! This week I talk to Ed from the Minisodes Youtube channel. Ed puts together content on his channel that mostly revolves around 2nd edition Warhammer 40k, although recently he has done some epic too. I personally really enjoy his channel and what I like most is what he explains in the show. He got tired of chasing the new thing, keeping up with new releases, and just wanted to enjoy our hobby for what it is, I heartily subscribe to that! This week I talk to Smiddy once again, thats Dave Schmidt for those who didnt listen to our last show. Smiddy wanted to talk about why he loves Five Parsecs from Home. Thats it, he loves it. We meander along and have a ramble chat about the things that occur to us. It is also the first reported usage of my actual paint mixer in a show. Usually I shake my paints by hand in the show, you may hear this, you deffo hear me tinkling my paint brush in my cup for sure, but this is a bonafide hearing of the electric mixer! I saw the opportunity and I took it! Hoping for the Oscar for best natural ambiance now.
