The idea is: we are NEVER alone. We all have beings around us. Working with us energetically from other life times, this life time, soul contract and all this stuff. The over commitment of extra curricular activities and sport is a stressor many children are affected in our modern life... There is a very popular approach that most kids should be part of some sort of sport, and yes movement and exercise is wonderful for mind, body and spirit. But when does the fine line from uplifting playful wellness blurs into aggressive competitive recognition?
