BIPOC BUSINESS OF THE WEEK - Weathered Souls

Weathered Souls Brewing Company is not a chain and their beer is not mass produced. They buy their grain locally and delivered to San Antonio, and South Texas. They are independent and with the support of independent loving fans, they intend to stay that way. You can’t be closer to the source of your beer than to sit in the shadow of the fermenter your beer was kegged from days before. The name says it all, we’re a little weathered by life and really don’t mind it. All part of the adventure… Weathered Souls is very happy to be a brewery where everyone is welcomed as a member of their brewery family. They have several old-school philosophies about life and business and one driving force is their philosophy that, if the beer is good enough, folks will find out. So they don’t pay for advertising, and rely on word of mouth just like his Dad did. It’ll take longer to grow the business, but it gives them a lot of satisfaction knowing that they succeed because folks care about them and their beer. They have had great success with their new “Black is Beautiful” initiative, visit their website https://weatheredsouls.beer to find out more.
