This is part two of our discussion on "Measures". We finish the conversation about doing the same things Jesus did with His time. Last episode we talked about the first two major categories: Abide, spending time with the Father, and Connect, spending time with other Jesus followers. How do you know if your church is successful? Are there different ways to measure success for a church plant verses an established church? Will success look the same for everyone?

Today's episode is talking about measuring success in a healthy way. There are organizations and churches out there that have measured success the wrong way, and at times many of us are guilty of measuring success using the wrong metrics. Join us for the discussion to see what the Bible says success looks like and to hear what we have done to try and live out those measures. We have by no means arrived or have it figured out, but we are willing to talk through where we are at as a church today.

We just did a SHAPE class for our church at Aspire. SHAPE stands for: Spiritual Gifts, Passions, Ability, Personality, Experiences.

On today's episode we talk through our experience of walking through this SHAPE tool, what we did and what we are planning to do in the coming months. This is maybe one of our most exciting experiences to mobilize our church.
