    Two years ago Sarah was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, a very fast spreading blood cancer with a mutation. Today she is in remission.

    This is the story of Sarah's journey. Her battle. Her struggles. Her anchors. Her victories. Her mindsets. Her day to day.

    Most of us know someone battling cancer. Sarah's story and her approach to taking on cancer is inspiring and something that I hope we can share with everyone battling this awful disease who might feel alone or beaten down or losing hope.

    No one is alone and there is POWER inside each and every one of us. Claim that POWER like Sarah did.

    In this episode we speak with an amazing woman who's overcome alcohol addiction and completely changed her life. We discuss the events that led to her alcohol addiction and the specific things she was able to do to turn her life around.

    It's a very candid, and extremely empowering discussion, as well as a reminder that we can all make positive changes in our lives. It starts by choosing to make a change and fully committing to doing so. If you're going through some stuff there's always other people going through the same stuff. There are always people available to talk to and to reach out to for help.

    The story has a happy ending. We all deserve to be empowered and to be happy.
