Ever wondered how a newborn puppy sees the world?
In this meditation, recorded with my children on National Dog Day, we dive in to the 5 senses according to a puppy from birth to 4 weeks old. This is a fun spin on the traditional 5 senses meditation and is family friendly - you may even learn a few things about what, when and perhaps why puppies can see, hear, smell, touch and taste things.
