  • Parenting and Taking Risk!
    2023/09/30

Welcome Back! It's International Podcast Day!

In this season's final episode, I'll finally introduce myself. It's a trend I'm working on changing since I've realized how important it is to share about oneself. Being a parent has been an eye-opening experience for me, and establishing a non-profit organization has helped me focus on the good things in my life while also identifying areas for improvement.

Throughout my life, I've been a risk-taker and have somehow mastered the art of "winging it." In this episode, you'll learn about how I desire to implement care practices (formerly known as self-care) along my personal healing journey, parent positively, manage my business, and protect my energy.
