Hello there! I hope all is well. so I decided to run an experiment on myself. I gave up watching "news" and "news-related content. i took the path of least resistance and no longer "clicked" on articles or videos containing new related information for such sources as New channels, late-night shows, youtube channels, and new associated websites. Its been a bumpy ride, especially in the beginning, but feeling stronger now. got some cool episodes coming up, of personal voyages and would love to just share them so, as always reach out to me at
