Join in the fun with us and enjoy this excellent live to air performance by CFRC’s Airwave YGK Artist-in-Residence RBK Made (aka Ruben Ohanian) undertaken March 8th 2024 on CFRC 101.9 FM and streamed via cfrc.ca.
Going by the alias “rbk made”, Ruben is a producer, vocalist, and DJ who combines pop and electronic music into a forward-thinking hyperpop sound. Working both solo and with the online EDM supergroup Simulcats, Ruben’s music has amassed tens of thousands of streams worldwide. As a finalist in the Monstercat Mix Contest and NY Topliner Beat Battle winner, Ruben brought both DJ experience and production skills to his artist residency.
RBK Made’s residency, supported by the City of Kingston and Kingston Arts Council included a mashup workshop and this live performance.
