“I still cannot believe this is my body and that at 60, I can still do this.”
That’s a quote from Agostina, who on today’s episode shares her journey of getting into the best shape of her life at 61 years young. She thought her chance to achieve her dream body had passed and when she hit 60, she thought, “If not now, then when will I do it?”
And six months later, she’s in the best shape of her life. She has completed a photo shoot and she now gets daily compliments from friends, colleagues, and even strangers at the supermarket on her brand new physique.
