    It’s the first holiday with my dad in a nursing home and it just feels… different. And sad.

    My to-do list feels never ending and the holiday mental load is overwhelming.

    And it got me thinking about how the holidays aren’t always the “most wonderful time of the year”.

    So, I’m checking in. And seeing how you are.
