Retro Episode! From Our Coffee Break Webinar Series. Emails Are Still Very Important.

  • サマリー

  • Join me as I dive into another timeless strategy from our weekly coffee break webinars.

In this archived episode from my weekly Coffee Break webinars, we dive into why email marketing was and remains a powerful tool for solopreneurs.

Despite the rise of social media, email offers unmatched control and direct engagement with clients. I looked at the importance of nurturing your email list, using autoresponders effectively, and ensuring your messages provide real value. Remember, email isn’t dead—it’s a timeless strategy that’s more relevant today than ever.

This episode has many action points; grab a pen, take some notes and get back into the emails or make this the week you start sending emails to potential clients.

One important reminder though never send an email if the email address hasn't been freely given to you.

The correct way to have someone's email address:

As examples you may have someone's email because they have given it to you after you have completed a job or service for them and you've offered to update them, you may have had a giveaway that has allowed you to have their email address with their permission, you may have a newsletter that they have subscribed to knowing they will get extra information, or simply the result of a casual conversation.

But you must have permission to send emails. ALWAYS.

Absolutely make sure you have permission to send someone an email, and also do not be upset if they unsubscribe at some point, it happens - it's not an issue!

My podcast is advert-free and jingle-free, simply put together, and hopefully demonstrates you can be working alone, keep the tech simple, and still share fabulous information.

Keeping business simple is my motto! ...Although I will at some point have some music and a jingle!!
