  • サマリー

  • From India to Indonesia, developing countries are faced with an energy challenge: how to meet their growing energy needs while scaling clean energy to curb carbon emissions. But with clean energy projects needing trillions of dollars to reach net-zero emissions by 2050, financing them can be a daunting task.
Did you know that researchers estimate anywhere between $1-2 trillion per year will be needed in the next 30 years to achieve this goal?
With most of this capital expected to come from the private sector, what challenges must we overcome to mobilize more clean energy investments in developing economies?
Join us as we delve into the unique financial, policy, and technical barriers holding us back and explore how we can catalyze private finance and build a cleaner, sustainable future for all. Today I talk to Sam Israelit. Sam is a Senior Partner and Chief Sustainability Officer at Bain & Company.
