    As important as it is to make the most of the holiday season, it's equally important to take care of ourselves...and this week's special guest is here to assist us in doing so!! He is Mr. Kim Terry, who owned Terry's Total Fitness in Henderson for a number of years, and still performs personal training out of his home. Terry also enjoyed tremendous success in basketball and track and field as a youngster, which earned him a spot in the Henderson County High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Come along as he reflects on his days in the field of competition, and his impressive health and wellness background. He also speaks of his "Promoting A Healthy Henderson" Facebook page, and gives us some tips/tricks to maintain at least reasonable health through Thanksgiving and Christmas. Time to step it up!
