Leyth Hampshire is a transformational coach, facilitator and healer. He delivers transformational wellbeing experiences such as cold water plunging, Breathwork & Mens Work through his Bristol based organisations Emergent Purpose &  Emergent Men. He holds the space for people seek growth through discomfort and take the steps to leading a more purposeful life.
