    In this vulnerable and authentic episode, Ymari talks about her journey as a survivor who chose to advocate for mental health. She also shares some of the challenges she encountered in her journey which gives us an opportunity to reflect about where our advocacy is going. Lastly, she discusses why talking about mental health is important, and highlights two words I will definitely use in future conversations and speaking engagements.
