Video from the Shamrock Shake 5k inside the Galleria Mall:
This is a video from the Shamrock Shake 5k held inside the Galleria Mall in Johnstown, PA. A unique 5k. I dont know of any other 5ks that are entirely ran inside a Mall. It was 7 laps around the perimeter of the upper floor. About 200 people ran the race. I talk about the race briefly for a minute then I show, one full lap of the course after I had already finished the race.
It is a little shaky I was freehanding it using my phone after I ran the race, so had nothing to stabilize plus heartrate was high.
