She is currently a tenured Associate Professor and Director of the MBA Program for Saint Leo University. The program boasts thousands of students who take courses on campus as well as online. She is responsible for training and preparing hundreds of professors who facilitate the courses and serve the students. A leadership consultant for non-profit as well as for-profit organizations, Dr. Lee has published and presented more than 30 papers in conferences and meetings in the U.S. and internationally.
