    Angie Berrett (she/they) is a Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor (A-TIY) who understands the human body and how it works.  They help people suffering with mental health struggles change their lives through play, breathwork, and movement.

    After going from child abuse survivor to registered nurse to yoga instructor, she has spent much of her life caring for others. 

    Angie is the Owner and Creator of Angie Berrett Movement, coaching folks how using play and movement releases stored trauma in their bodies, profoundly changing their lives and regulating their nervous systems.
