  • I am super excited about what y’all are asking me about … keep bringing the questions! Breaking down what I have done in sobriety to maintain long term recovery is my heart and it brings me so much joy to share it with you. In this series I will take you through my FOCUS, the things that keep me strong and firm in my recovery. These are areas of my life that I am constantly working on in order to show up as the woman God created me to be. Through out the past six and a half years they have changed and morphed into what they are today, which is a solid knowing of what I need to stay healthy. What works for me may not exactly work for you but I know there are some golden nuggets hidden in here that we all could use in our life! This series will cover my 8 FOCUS topics that I live and breathe each and every day. FAITH FAMILY FINANCES FITNESS FRIENDS FOUNDATION FUN FAILURE Todays episode is on FAITH.
