Self-Exploration & Being Disciplined | Ahad

  • サマリー

  • Hello, folks! This is another interview, this time with Ahad, an undiagnosed ADHDer who wanted to discuss his experiences with what could be ADHD. I will note that our conversation centered around many tendencies for Ahad that sounded...well, familiar to me.

Ahad also shared a more global perspective on ADHD based on his upbringing in Pakistan and his current residence in Amsterdam. We also go into detail about how these varying views on ADHD and mental health are often overshadowed by basic human needs and why a strong work ethic is taught at an early age.

This is part one of a two-part release, so SUBSCRIBE to stay current.

In part two, we discuss the following:

Later, we discuss generational differences in finding your passion, self-exploration, and social views on people. We also share our perspectives on labels, their effectiveness (if at all) in helping, and our concerns about the genetic components of ADHD being passed down to our kids.

Ahad is a deep thinker who shared many refreshing ideas and perspectives. You can learn more about him and learn FROM him via his YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@TheWeeklyVasl
