The ultimate goal in shadow work is to bring you to a state of wholeness, but what is the greater benefit of operating in that state? When you heal the heavy energies presented by the shadow, you are clearing the way for a stronger communication with your Higher Self. And you will become conscious of the assistance and guidance that your Higher Self has always provided. Learn to develop an authentic relationship with your Higher self through shadow work and become aware of how and when it is operating in your life. Clarity not only directs you to what needs healing but also to what has been helping you all along.

A clear communication system with your Higher Self is the most advantageous path for healing, growth and spiritual development and shadow work provides the opportunity to do just that.
