In one of the prior episodes - "How Mindfulness Can Help You Find A Career You Love" - my guest Victoria Zimmer, a wellness and mindfulness professional, said that its super important to relax, because its only when you are in a relaxed state, creative solutions can come to you. When you are in stressed and contracted state you are in a focused, problem-solving mode and there is limited room for creativity to come in.
