    3 reflection prompts to dig deeper:

    1. What are your current perceptions of stress? How have these perceptions affected your life and well-being? How could you shift your perception of stress to view it as something that can benefit you?
    2. Think about a time when you faced a high-stress situation and grew stronger as a result. What did you learn from this experience? How can you apply this learning to future stressful situations?
    3. Reflect on your current mindset and how it might be impacting your experience of stress. Are you feeding your stress with fear and negative thoughts, or are you approaching stress in a more positive and growth-oriented way? What can you do to shift your mindset to a more positive and growth-oriented one?
