  • We’ve all been there. Sometimes we have a day when we are focused and productive and our conversations go well. Other times we have a day when we can’t make decisions, or we snap at others, or we feel like simple tasks take forever. The good news is that there are simple things we can do to help keep our brains in good condition so that we can feel more accomplished and less stressed. In this episode we’ll do some simple neuroanatomy using the hand model of the brain, and then I’ll share my favorite tips for caring for the brain.
