    Welcome to Simple(ish) Fitness!


    In today’s episode Phil and Brandon dig into what their fitness journey has looked like since they started this podcast. Follow along and try it for yourself!


    Here’s the format they used:

    Red light = a fitness goal or habit they didn’t do well

    Yellow light = a fitness goal or habit they did decently well

    Green light = a fitness goal or habit they did very well

    Then finish with what changes have you noticed, and what do you want to change moving forward. 

    Test it out and enjoy!
