We learn about her journey and how staying curious has opened doors for her and led her to living her passion. The healing offered by yoga is one that resonates in my own journey and Karlie was instrumental in deepening my practice and encouraging me to take up more space in a world that tells us to turn ourselves down. We hope this episode brings inspiration and encouragement as we all navigate our way out of two of the weirdest years of our lives. Karlie is a bright light and radiates on our inaugural episode!
