Shannon’s Bio: Shannon is a Somatic Energetic Coach with a unique set of skills. Blending both the science path she has once walked, with the spiritual path she currently walks; Shannon weaves the essence of masculine and feminine within all of her offerings. She currently offers 1:1 Energetic Consultations, a coaching program for Feminine Embodiment called “Feminine Harmony” (6-9 months, self-paced), as well as free resources and webinars on her website and socials. Shannon’s main pursuit is to help burnt-out female leaders learn how they can optimise and sustain their health and wellness through the ebs and flows of life.
